Join the Guild at Art In The Pearl for live turning demonstrations and view our work at the festival located Portland's North Park Blocks on NW 8th Avenue between West Burnside and NW Glisan. This is our third year demonstrating at Art In The Pearl and once again we've been asked to participate in the Collaborative Artists Show which benefits Sisters of the Road. This year 2 pieces were chosen from collaborations created at our recent Exploring Art & Woodturning, a three day event that allows artists from different media to confab with woodturners. Art In The Pearl is a wonderful community event, over one hundred artists show and sell their work ranging from fine wooden furniture to beautiful paintings to photography, glass, clay, metal, jewelry, and much more! Art In The Pearl is ranked in the top 25 Fine Art events nationwide. The new World Music Stage has a variety of music, and the education pavillion has hands-on art activities for children and adults. There is also delicious food for sale. Admission is free.
