The Guild will have a tent at the 6th annual Recycled Arts Fair to be held at Esther Short Park, 301 West 8th Street in Vancouver, WA.  This is an open air family-oriented festival complete with vendors, artists, music, and activities for everyone.  The fair hours are 9 am to 6 pm on Saturday, and 10 am to 4 pm on Sunday.   Come on over for an enjoyable day and be sure to visit our booth to browse the wide selection of woodturnings for sale.

FROGWOOD: An Artists' Collaborative  (formerly Exploring Art and Woodturning)

The Pacific Northwest Woodturning Guild is pleased to announce that we will be hosting our fourth annual collaboration weekend in August.  This mixed media event has grown each year, and includes metalsmiths, ironworkers, textile artists, and others, as well as woodturners from several states.

Our special guest this year will be Graeme Priddle of New Zealand, a world-renowned wood artist.  Also, Greg Wilbur, a well-known metal-smith from Portland, will be returning.

If you are a woodturner interested in expanding your artistic horizons, or an artist in another media who wants to explore the possibilities of sharing creative efforts with a woodturner, please consider joining us in beautiful Gresham, Oregon this summer.
